Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept: G-Pay, Apple-Pay, Shop-pay and Paypal.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order has been Placed, we will provide you with an Order number. You can use this number to track your order. Please Contact nocturnalnest1@gmail.com for any help regarding your order.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. For orders below $30, we charge a flat shipping fee of $10. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing during peak times.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How can I contact your customer service team?

A: You can contact us by email at nocturnalnest1@gmail.com. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Alternatively you can fill out a contact us form with your issue and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated on the product page. If you are unsure about the availability of a product, please contact us at nocturnalnest1@gmail.com

Q: I Used a Discount Code and my order value went below $30. Do i pay Shipping on my order ?

A: We try our best to maintain prices such that you do not have to bear any extra fees. If this happens to you please contact us on nocturnalnest1@gmail.com and we will send you a free shipping code which you can use with the product.
